Students selected for the Development Programme will be partnered with a professional mentor. They’ll have opportunities to gain feedback and guidance from their mentor to help them prepare and curate a strong portfolio. From September the students can present their work during virtual group review sessions. This will give them the best chance when stepping into the pro world.
